FREE for merchandise shipped in the continental USA on orders over $100.00.
For orders under $100.00, in all continental states (except GA), the following rates apply:

Orders under $29.00 - shipping cost is $7.90
Orders between $29.01-$75 - shipping cost is $9.90
Orders between $75.01-$99.99 - shipping cost is $11.90
Orders are shipped via UPS ground or USPS. Allow 7-10 days for delivery.

EXCHANGE POLICY:
There is a 10 day exchange policy. Exchanged items must be in new condition, unworn, and in original packaging. For exchanges to be accepted, the following guidelines must be met:

1. Exchanges must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt.
2. Tags must be on all items returned.
3. Merchandise must be purchased from this web site.
4. You must obtain a Exchange Authorization from customers@ekgenes.com.
